Comdata ComCheks
If you want to be paid by ComCheck, we are happy to oblige. Our staff can write you a ComCheck, however it is important to note that Comdata cards for FactorLoads customers allow you to issue your own Comdata ComCheks from the funds on your Comdata card. You can write the ComCheks directly off your Comdata card any time of the day. Use Comdata ComCheks to pay for incidentals or even emergency situations such as tire repairs or tow trucks in the middle of the night.
The FactorLoads team is happy to send your company blank ComCheks if needed, or they can be obtained from most any truck stop or travel plaza. We can also issue your company its own ComChek cards. Simply ask any of our account specialists for details.
Direct Deposit with Comdata
As a FactorLoads customer, you can transfer money from your Comdata card directly to your personal or business account using Comdata’s direct deposit facility. It’s easy. Simply transfer the funds you need any time by calling the automated Comdata Voice Response Unit at 1-800-741-6060.
To begin using this feature, Comdata must first set up the direct deposit program with your bank. To facilitate the process, simply fax FactorLoads a voided check for the account to be used and specify the Comdata card number. It generally take 7 to 10 days for Comdata to process the details with your bank and get the Comdata direct deposit facility readied for use.
Comdata Debit Cards
FactorLoads Comdata cards can be used as debit cards, allowing you and your drivers access to funds from more than 600,000 ATM locations, plus almost any point-of-sale location.
