When we first came up with the idea of Spot Factoring we wanted to be able to provide the Trucker with the option to factor whenever they needed money quick and then let them bill everything else on their own. We were hoping to provide a service that would allow small trucking companies to remain independent and not have to lock themselves into the long term, restrictive contracts that other factoring companies were offering.

Our dream was difficult to make reality because the customers were becoming irritated with us. We were causing confusion in their Accounts Payable departments since they were constantly having to change the addresses they were sending checks to. To fix this we began to require the trucking company to factor every load with a customer once they factored one load with them and the customers they didn't want to factor they could bill on their own.

We are now taking a step back toward our original goal. We still have to invoice every load you move for the customers you factor with us and collect payment from them but you will now have the ability to choose whether you want to factor the load and get paid today or whether you prefer we bill the load for you at a low rate and load your Comdata card when payment comes in."] Text[18]=["Preventive Maintenance Package","

1.Find the location on the list and make a note of the location's # (on the left of the list) also make a note of our pumping fee at that location (on the right of the list). Pumping fee's are listed as 0.02 this would mean a 2 cent pumping fee, 0.12 would mean a 12 cent pumping fee.
2.Now it is time for us to call and find out our price at that location. Our price will fluctuate since the Travel Center's cost to provide fuel at that location changes, therefore you should check back every few days.
3.Call the 800# at the top of the list
4.A machine will pick up, press #1 for 'Truck Stop Fuel Information'.
5.Enter the location #.
6.The machine will tell you their cost at that location.
7.Add our pumping fee to their cost.
8.Now you know our discounted price at that location.

Here is an example
The machine tells us that the cost at that location is $1.44 per gallon.We have a pumping fee of 3 cents, i.e. a cost plus 3 cent discount.
